I own the book "Breakthrough On Skis", and it has been one of the best I have ever read on how to improve your skiing. This DVD does justice to an excellent book. The scenes of experts skiing down the mountain are beautiful, and the instruction is very clear and to the point. This is the best money I've spent on improving any sport.

I have been in "intermediate rut" for a few years. This video is certainly helping me taking steps to move out of the rut. I watch the video the night before the skiing day as a sort of visualization. Then, I also watch the video again after skiing.

The main concept of putting weight on one ski is pretty powerful and easy to learn. I already saw some improvement on my first day of trying the techniques discussed in the video.

Be sure to read the little booklet - it has some useful info.

I just started skiing again after a five year hiatus. I was never all that great to start off with so I decided to buy this instructional video to get back on my feet. I've watched and re-watched parts of this video many times and I must say it's the best investment an advanced beginner to intermediate skier could make! Lito's very instructive. He's clear and concise and gives you specific exercises to help you apply his teachings. There's also beautiful cinematography, even if it's not up to 2008 standards. It's like having your own private instructor, all for much less than the cost of one private lesson!
