The Relation Between Our Success in Life And Positive Attitude
Your perspective on life or your commitment to positive thoughts affects many people in your everyday life. Your coworker, a family member, your next door neighbor are individuals who interact with you on a daily basis and that are touched by your attitude. An optimist sees the best outcome even in a dreadful situation, while the pessimist with a fistful of dollars, well you know of the rest. If you don’t, email me and I’ll tell you. You have heard it before: The glass half empty or half full cliché. An optimistic person will find opportunities in the most dreadful of circumstances, while a pessimist will not. Which should I be? Who you chose to be like is a crucial choice that you will have to make. Ask yourself if you want to be an optimist or a pessimist. Pick the wrong one and you will be undermining your own quest towards a successful life. Pessimism can easily wipe out any chance of having a successful career or personal life.
Some people will say: I’m a natural born pessimist. How can that be? There is no such thing. Pessimism like many other emotions is a learned behavior. An optimist will assess a situation and contemplate the best way out of it. Migratory birds don’t get all depressed about the lack of food or sun in the winter, instead they fly south. Anything can happen at any time. There is no argument about that. Que sera sera. The inevitable is just that, but you can decide what you will get out of any difficult situation and how you will use it to your advantage. Hardships are a reality of life and your purpose is to quickly move forward. Positive people are optimists because they know that any obstacle will be dealt with swiftly.
